Interior Designer
Duties: The right person must have the following skills:
Provide expert kitchen and bathroom interior design, including space planning, high-end layouts, bespoke furnishings, specialized equipment, and color schemes. Advise senior management on leases and property improvements by analyzing surveys and plans. Engage clients to determine budget, architectural preferences, and project needs. Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and plumbers to execute designs, ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes, and oversee plan reviews. Incorporate sustainable materials and innovative technologies, accurately estimate costs, and deliver comprehensive proposals. Enhance commercial spaces to boost productivity or sales, conduct on-site inspections, present design concepts with advanced visuals, curate exclusive furnishings and accessories, manage custom installations, and utilize advanced CAD software for detailed construction documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Interior Architecture+24m experience as Interior Architect
- Computer aided drafting (CAD) software skills.
Rate of Pay/Wage: $52,500.00 per yer salary
Hours/Duration: Full time; 08.00am to 5.00pm. Monday to Friday

Plan, design, furnish interiors of res./comm. buildings focusing on kitchens & baths. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of aesthetics, functionality, & spatial arrangement to craft visually appealing & practical spaces. Involves in design process phases from initial consult to project completion.
Req.: BA in Architecture + 12m exp. in Architecture.

Duties:
The right person must have the following skills:
Manage network infrastructure and system administration, secure information systems, network security, website, procedures and training
Install, configure and support hardware, software, Internet system and automated functions such as back-ups and virus/windows updates;
Investigate, identify/diagnose, troubleshoot and solve computer hardware, software and other network/system problems;
Implement network security measures and defend computer operating systems, network & data from cyber-attacks;
Maintain company website; manage email accounts; maintain records;
Implement IT policies/procedures;
Provide training, technical manuals and troubleshooting services to users.
Develop and customize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System with and Business to Business (B2B) online order system with SQL Server.
