The team from Virginia Kitchen and Bath's Chantilly location just finished the full renovation of two of our bathrooms. Our designer, Dale, was easy to work with, knows what he was doing, and was very helpful to my husband and me (the first time we have ever had a bathroom renovated). The project manager, Sertac, was straightforward to work with and responded promptly to any texts or phone calls.

It was clear that the crew knew what they were doing and did an excellent job. One of our friends has a great deal of experience in home repair and remodeling - they were also very impressed with the quality of the workmanship throughout the process. The team was also extremely good to work with when we made a couple of changes to our selections during the renovation (changing one bathroom's brushed nickel to chrome fixtures, and redoing a shower niche when the original tile we picked did not work).

During the entire process, VKB was very accommodating and helpful.  Their customer service was seamless, sending separate crews to identify the issue, making appropriate recommendations, and eventually re-installing a new countertop for my kitchen island, while keeping me well informed of the entire process, at no extra cost to my family.  The crews were all on-time, courteous and professional.  More importantly, their replacement of the countertop was a perfect match to the rest of the kitchen. The whole process was very professionally handled from scheduling appointment for initial estimate , to quotes , review and selection of materials ,finalizing measurements , scheduling dates for install and finally finishing the project within a week of contracting . They did an excellent job through out the process and we would highly recommend them if you are considering remodeling your kitchen . Faruk was excellent to work with and he was very responsive to our needs and kept us informed throughout the project . They were upfront and guided us thru the process and even coordinated with our appliance vendor to coordinate dates. Look for my prior posting under "Happy in Herndon".  This year, 2024, I wanted a kitchen  facelift with granite countertops and tile backsplash.  The teams did a wonderful job.  They were all professionals, demonstrated courtesy, and left the job site clean.  Materials and craftsmanship is great.  I will add, that the project team worked with me as I had second doubts about my original tile selection for the backsplash.  I paused the installation, revisited the tile selection and ended up staying with my original choice, which the designers originally worked with me to select.  I'm very pleased with the kitchen facelift.  Once again, if you are considering a home improvement project, make sure to consider this organization as part of your research and bid process.
